Once you get your finger print clearance, go to our district office so they can put you in the system. There! You are done! You will have your clearances valid for three years where you will be allowed to come to the school for our events with the kids, chaperon them in a field trip and more.

Update Week of April 24

Good morning Hopper Families!

We started the last week of April already. How time flies when we are having fun!!  Have you noticed how your child has grown since the beginning of the year? Take a look at that first day of school photo. Look into his/her eyes and notice how much he/she has learned… it takes one minute to look into their eyes and we can see these 8 months of change. Amazing…

Our MTPTO website is having some technical issues, which we hope to resolve today. I have attached two documents to this email to make it easier for you to access them as the links aren’t working. Thank you for your patience.

Here are two quotes to start your week.

“Children are not a distraction from more important work. They are the most important work.” – C.S. Lewis

“It’s not what you do for your children but what you have taught them to do for themselves, that will make them successful human beings.” – Ann Landers

PSSA: This week we have Math PSSAs for 3rd and 4th grades only. As you know, the whole school wants to show support. Here is the color scheme for this week:

Here is what you need to do: Click on this link to take you to the volunteer page at MTSD.net, https://www.mtwp.net/community/volunteer-information/.  Now complete the child abuse background check and that part is free! You will receive that email in no time. Go back to MTSD.net on the link above to complete the finger print application. Again, it’s a simple process. Read the registration proceedure (tab on the right) and register (tab on the right).  Now the last part is to get that finger print. My suggestion it to go to IU13. Here is their information:  http://www.iu13.org/news-media/fingerprinting-services-available-at-iu13-open-to-public/. Once you get your finger print clearance, go to our district office so they can put you in the system. There! You are done! You will have your clearances valid for three years where you will be allowed to come to the school for our events with the kids, chaperon them in a field trip and more.

Here are the links for your child(ren) class Fun Day. You can select more than one station. For example, if you can stay for one hour, you can select two consecutive stations (that’s still less than one hour).

Help out with sponsorship or volunteering for the Spring Festival, sign up for Teacher Appreciation Luncheon, help out at Fun Day, chair or co-chair a PTO event for next school year and don’t forget those 4th grade photos!!

Welcome to your Digital PTO Site!

Welcome to DigitalPTO.com | Powering all Parent Groups Online.

We are excited to have you as a part of our team. As a new member, we have laid out some of the ground work for you to get your Parent Group site started quickly. This initial design is based on researching thousands of parent groups, but it may not be perfect for your needs, so you can always change and modify it as you see fit!

We have added some of the most common menu navigation options across the top of your website and added some filler content to each of the Pages. As we mentioned, you are welcome to edit and delete any and all of the pre-created pages as you see fit. We will also teach you in the Quick Start Guide below how to hide these pre-built posts from the public so you can reference them later!

Be sure to visit our Digital PTO Help Center as well for answers to almost all of your questions. Our Help Center is loaded with information and tutorials in a very easy to follow format that should take care of the majority of your needs.

If you are planning on upgrading to one of our paid plans, we would highly suggest keeping these pages that have been pre-created in tact as they will be needed to install things like your PTA/PTO Calendar, the Volunteer Form, the Contact Us form and the Online Family Registration form. If you are sticking with the Free Plan, feel free to delete anything you don’t need.

Remember that our Upgrade Plans start at only $5 / month (with an annual plan) so upgrading is very cost effective and gives you access to many more features. If you’d like to learn more you can COMPARE PLANS or proceed directly to UPGRADE YOUR SITE.

We would all like to take this moment to officially thank you for signing up for Digital PTO and we hope you will love our service as much as we love providing it for you. If you have any questions, please let us know.

See you soon ~
